Texture Library Usage Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Beyond Image Graphics' Texture Library! Our goal is to provide creatives in the industry with accessible and cleared art for their projects, eliminating the need for additional permissions or asset purchases. Inova Enterprise proudly owns and directly grants permissions for all our designs, which are cleared for any project with any budget, as long as they are printed through Beyond Image Graphics. Dive into our collection and let your creativity flourish with peace of mind.

Usage Rights:

  • Prints Only: All designs from our texture library can only be used for prints ordered through Beyond Image Graphics. Clients do not receive the digital design files.
  • Commercial and Personal Use: Clients have full access to use our printed designs for any commercial or personal purposes.

Restrictions:

  • No Redistribution: Clients are not permitted to resell, distribute, or share the digital design files in any form.
  • In-House Use: The digital design files remain the property of Inova Enterprise.

Ownership and Intellectual Property:

  • Design Ownership: All designs and textures are the intellectual property of Inova Enterprise. Clients are purchasing the right to use the printed material, not the design itself.
  • No Reproduction: Clients cannot scan or reproduce the designs.
  • Trademark and Copyright: Unauthorized use of our designs outside the scope of these terms is prohibited and may result in legal action.
  • Rights Leasing: Inova Enterprise reserves the right to lease or grant printing rights for the designs to other companies at its discretion.
  • License for Beyond Image Graphics: Beyond Image Graphics is granted a license to print the wallpapers. For each project, a certificate or an itemized line on the invoice will be provided, indicating the licensed use.

Order Placement and Fulfillment:

  • Order Process: Clients must place orders directly through Beyond Image Graphics for any prints utilizing our texture library.
  • Test Vinyl: Clients are advised to test our vinyls on a small area or surface to verify it works for them and doesn’t damage their walls.

Liability and Indemnity:

  • Limitation of Liability: Beyond Image Graphics and Inova Enterprise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our prints or materials.
  • Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold Beyond Image Graphics and Inova Enterprise harmless from any claims or damages arising from the misuse of our prints.

Modifications to Terms:

Beyond Image Graphics and Inova Enterprise reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
